*I'm a dog-mom to a sweet-but-insane yellow lab named DJ, and most recently, a betta-mom to Klaus VonKlock Fish. *I can recite all 50 states alphabetically in less than 30 seconds (personal best is :26). *I can spend HOURS wandering around a drug store. *I'm double-jointed in my left thumb. It serves no purpose. So far. *I quote Golden Girls episodes regularly. *I am an avid animal-lover. But not so much that I don't find some delicious. *I am not good at growing things
I was born in Northern New Jersey, but I've spent the last 10+ years in North Carolina. What's the odd look for? Oh, I know what you're thinking: "Why would you move to a land that gets snow four or more months out of the year?" Simple: I miss the season and YES, even the snow! I haven't had to wear a sweater in years, and frankly, I'm looking forward to it! I'm really easygoing, so if you have a question, just send me a message, and if you see a car with an NC license plate wandering around Buffalo lost, don't be scared
My name is Delilah, and you may have heard my voice at night on your local radio station. My show is internationally syndicated, and my listeners make it the incredible success it is with their amazing tales of love. I partner your favorite love songs with real dedications and stories to create the Delilah radio show. I am also the author of 'Love Matters,' which is much like my radio show, only in print. I am a mother of 10 children, seven of whom were adopted
I am a Western New York native, born and raised in West Seneca and now living with my wife Maribeth, who is an R.N., on our 65-acre farm in Marilla. We do not have children but plenty of "kids" -- our cats, dog and horses. I have worked in Buffalo radio since 1975 and at Townsquare since 2001. Presently, I work just weekends and some fill-in on-air work. My main career is in law enforcement; I'm a mounted lieutenant, chaplain and instructor for the Erie County Sheriff's Office
Hi from sunny Buffalo! Although I was born in Boston, I have lived most of my life here in the Buffalo area. I must like it then, huh? The winters are great here. Since I bought a snow blower a couple of years ago I've barely had a chance to use it. You know guys have a special relationship with their "toys". If only I could have the same luck with my lawn mower. Went to Amherst Central High School, home of the Tigers not to be confused with the Bengals
The name's Banks. First off, I love Buffalo and hope I never leave -- ever. I went to Lancaster High School, then I studied marketing at the University at Buffalo and boogied out of there a little early. I interned here for marketing, and after I paid them all off (JK, JK), they decided to keep me, and I landed up on the radio. I love this job and everything about it -- except when I can't find the coffee to make when I have to work overnight. I believe in taking less, in always giving back and that the worst thing in life is being completely average
Tom has been doing talk radio since 1995 when he got his start on WBEN with "Frankly Speaking", a show he hosted for four years. He also was the first in WNY to do a show exclusively on behavioral health. "Mind Matters" aired on Oldies 104 WHTT-FM in 1998. You can now catch Tom every Sunday morning on Joy FM with "Spotlight On Health", produced by Spotlight on Hope, Inc..
