Does Simon Think ‘Idol’ is Over?

In a recent post on EW.com, Simon Cowell stated that “I haven’t seen a full episode” and that “I’ve seen three minutes of a recap. From what I’ve seen and from what I’ve heard, it all seems to be going well. What I was more concerned about [was] the ratings falling off a cliff, and that the whole genre might be over."

Some may see these statements by Simon Cowell as sour grapes after leaving 'American Idol' but in all honesty how many of you miss the ruthless truthfulness Simon brought to the show.
