Trying to find a recipe that you hope everyone will enjoy?

Well, stop trying to find one and start cooking! This slow-cooker recipe is an option you'd be crazy to pass up!

Have you ever desperately scoured the pantry and the fridge to come up with a creation for dinner where you kind of cross your fingers and hope everyone likes it? Me too. I do it quite a bit actually. It’s wonderful when it works and becomes a staple in your home. I love those kinds of discoveries, and I appreciate it when my listeners share theirs with me too…

You asked for slow cooker recipes. I had to throw together something for lunch for my dad. I thought this up this morning and tossed it into the Crock Pot. By lunchtime it was ready. My dad loved it and asked if he could take some home for dinner.
