How To Cook The Perfect Hardboiled Egg
Nothing like the last minute. The family decided to finally color Easter Eggs yesterday. I don't hard-boil eggs very often and they need to be perfect so the kids can color them. I found these great tips and the eggs turned out great.1. Buy eggs that are about a week old.
2. Start with room temperature eggs.
3. Cook eggs in one layer in cold water.
4. After water boils, turn off burner and cover.
5. Let eggs sit undisturbed for about 12 minutes.
6. Remove eggs from water.
