Red is a color that every lady can wear regardless of her skin tone.

Finding the correct red can be a little tricky. Go to a cosmetics counter and try the red shade you feel is right for you. Then walk outside of the store in natural light and ask your girlfriend or mirror.  Once you have your perfect Red lip , balance it out with black mascara, lashes and soft blush.
