Mother Addicted to Implant Surgery [VIDEO]

Check out this mother of six children who has had dozens of implant surgeries.  The woman may actually be risking her health.  This is one story you have to actually see to get the full effect. 

Take a look at the  video below from CNN.com,  and then consider a few questions.  Who's to blame for something like this?  Should doctors have refused to perform the surgeries, or is it her responsibility to restrict herself?  I think a little of both.  What do you think?
