This morning Cheryl and I talked about our bread making skills. I couldn't help but laugh when Cheryl shared a story of making bread for an event. It looked great on the outside, but it was still raw on the inside. In the past when I have attempted to make bread, I just cant get it to rise. It safe to say, thank God for the popping fresh dough boy. Here's a recipe for Chocolate Croissants. It's easy enough that we can all become bread bakers in less than an hour.  Try this quick and easy version of Chocolate Croissants from Nigella Lawson of Food TV. The recipe calls for milk or dark chocolate. I prefer dark  for a decadent pastry.
