RECIPE: Quinoa With Beans
If your planning dinner for next week, why not think of meatless Mondays. Black beans and quinoa are a perfect choice!! Quinoa has more nutritional value than brown rice and the nutty flavor combines nicely with the black beans.
- Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the onion and garlic, and saute until lightly browned.
