Those heavy thunderstorms that impacted WNY earlier today have moved south and east of our area.
The National Weather Service has issued "Excessive Heat Advisories and Warnings" for our area for Thursday.
This rain that started Friday, and has caused woes in the Southern Tier is forecast to continue. The National Weather Service predicts rain, daily through the end of the work week.

IT's THE WINTER THAT WON'T END. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Southern Erie, Wyoming, Chautauqua, and Cattaraugus Counties and Winter Weather Advisory for the rest of us from now until midnight tonight.
The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a Winter Storm Watch tonight through Sunday evening for all of Western New York:

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 7pm tonight through 11am Monday morning for Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Northern Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Ontario and Southern Erie Counties.
The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch from 1pm Thursday afternoon through late Friday night.
