By now you've probably seen at least one video of a soldier or Marine returning home and seeing his dog for the first time. It's one of the things the Internet does that really, genuinely tugs at your heartstrings.

Every year, Americans send cards to veterans, military families and active-duty service members. The Red Cross delivers them to hospitals and bases around the world. If you want to send a card to a random soldier, the deadline is today (December 7).
Many of us will be spending time with our families and friends this Memorial Day weekend. There will be cookouts, swimming and maybe even some campfires marking the unofficial start to summer. Let's not forget though the true meaning behind Memorial Day
Some special attention today for some special people. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is conducting job fairs across the country, including one locally in Lackawanna today, aimed at finding employement for those who have served our country.
