It's Friday and that means it's fish night!! It doesn't always have to be fried, Make this spicy salmon dish for a extra punch of flavor. Try to get three servings of salmon a week.  Serve with yellow rice. Add a packet of Sazon and use your imagination.

  • 1/2 teaspoon old bay
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspon hot curry powder
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons olive or canola oil
  • 2 garic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
    1. In a small dish, combine the old bay, pepper, curry and coriander. Sprinkle over salmon. In a nonstick skillet, cook salmon in oil over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side. Add the garlic, lime juice. Reduce heat; cover and cook 3-4 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
